Obedience Competition Class
Dog obedience sport is a structured activity where dogs and their handlers work together to perform precise exercises such as heeling, recalls, stays, and retrieving on command. It focuses on control, communication, and teamwork, showcasing a dog's ability to follow cues accurately and calmly. Obedience sport helps build good manners, strengthens the bond between dog and owner, and offers a rewarding challenge for dogs who enjoy learning and working.
Note: All levels classes for those interested in competition training.
Rally-O Training Class
Rally Obedience - often called Rally-O, is a fun, fast-paced dog sport that combines elements of traditional obedience with an interactive course of signs. Handler and dog move together through a series of stations, each describing a specific skill or exercise, such as sits, turns, or heeling patterns. Unlike formal obedience, Rally encourages enthusiasm and teamwork; you can talk to, praise, and motivate your dog throughout the run. It's a great way to build communication, strengthen your bond, and enjoy a positive, engaging training experience.
Note: All levels of Rally-O for dogs and handlers that have already done some basic obedience training.
Agility Training
Dog agility training is a fun, fast-paced sport where dogs learn to navigate obstacle courses—like jumps, tunnels, weave poles and contact obstacles guided by their handler. It builds confidence, improves obedience, and strengthens the bond between dog and owner while providing great physical and mental exercise. It's suitable for many breeds and is enjoyed both as a recreational activity and a competitive sport.
Note: All levels of training available. Dogs should have completed the foundation agility course first and be under good off-lead control.
Canine Good Citizen
Canine Good Citizen (CGC) classes are basic manners and obedience courses designed to help dogs become polite, well-behaved members of the community. In these classes, dogs practice skills like walking calmly on a leash, greeting people and other dogs politely, staying focused around distractions, and responding to basic cues such as sit, down, and stay. They also learn to be comfortable with handling—like grooming or vet-style exams.
Note: Extend the skills learnt in the Domestic Course.
